Today we’ve published two Situation Updates worthy of your attention. First, there’s the “Emergency” Situation Update (about 30 min) recorded immediately following the Friday evening SCOTUS decision, which explains that our constitutional republic has collapsed, with no functioning civil legal authority across the nation.

If the civil option fails — which seems likely — this offers a clear path to the military tribunals that must follow, given that the entire U.S. civil court system has collapsed and is no longer functioning.
