More bombshell evidence has recently been unearthed proving the involvement of President Joe Biden in the “illegal and corruptive business dealings” of his “Biden crime family.
Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and the House Oversight Republicans released on July 20 a copy of an unclassified Federal Bureau of Investigation– (FBI-) generated record alleging a scheme to bribe then-Vice President Biden. According to the FBI FD-1023 form, Burisma founder and Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky was “coerced” into sending money to Joe and his son Hunter, who served on Burisma’s board from April 2014 until he left the position in 2019.
“For the better part of a year, I’ve been pushing the Justice Department and FBI to provide details on its handling of very significant allegations from a trusted FBI informant implicating Biden in a criminal bribery scheme. While the FBI sought to obfuscate and redact, the American people can now read this document for themselves, without the filter of politicians or bureaucrats, thanks to brave and heroic whistleblowers. What did the Justice Department and FBI do with the detailed information in the document? And why have they tried to conceal it from Congress and the American people for so long? The DOJ and FBI have failed to come clean, but Chairman Comer and I intend to find out,” Grassley said.
As per the newest evidence, Zlochevsky and the confidential human source (CHS) reportedly went into a phone call after the 2016 presidential election, in which the former claimed he was “pushed to pay” the Bidens and did not want to send the money. “CHS asked Zlochevsky whether he was concerned about Burisma’s involvement with the Bidens. Zlochevsky stated he didn’t want to pay the Bidens, but he was forced to pay them,” the FD-1023 form reads. “CHS explained the Russian term Zlochevsky used to explain the payments were ‘poluchili’ (transliterated by the CHS), which literally translates to ‘got it’ or ‘received it,’ but is also used in Russian-criminal-slang for being ‘forced or coerced to pay.'”
The law enforcement agency form also disclosed that the CHS said that he/she hopes they have some back-up (proof) for the words, something like ” Zlochevsky was ‘forced’ to pay the Bidens. So, the oil and natural gas businessman then reportedly inquired whether it would make any legal difference whether he voluntarily made such payments, or if he was ‘forced’ to make them.
Meanwhile, Zlochevsky replied he has many text messages and ‘recordings’ that show that he was coerced to make the payments. The form cited that the former minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine had a total of “17 recordings” involving the Bidens including two featuring Joe while the other 15 allegedly only feature Hunter.
A Federalist article read: “The claims that Zlochevsky possessed recordings – not just of Hunter Biden, but also of “the Big Guy” – suggests we face a serious national security risk, with a compromised president potentially beholden to a blackmailer.”
Back in 2015 to 2016, Ukrainian official Oleksandr Ostapenko introduced CHS to Zlochevsky during a meeting with Burisma executives in Vienna, Austria to give advice about the company on potentially buying a U.S.-based oil firm and launching an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States.
The FBI form further divulged that the CHS was told of the younger Biden’s position on the board of directors during the initial meeting, where he was told that the reason why Hunter was hired is that he will “protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems.” This was a big unique selling point for Burisma because allegedly, they did not “trust Hunter was that smart.”
During the same time, then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General (PGO) Viktor Shokin was investigating the firm. Thus, the CHS said that it would be difficult for the IPO to take place, but Zlochevsky assured him/her that “Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad.”
Not long after that, the older Biden publicly advocated Shokin’s dismissal and even bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in March 2016 about using a $1 billion loan guarantee as leverage to get Shokin fired. Biden made similar comments about Shokin being fired at a CFR event in January 2018, when Biden was out of office. Biden told the audience, “I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. You’re not getting the money if the prosecutor is not fired. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.'”
In the alleged phone call after the 2016 election, “Zlochevsky stated Shokin had already been fired, and no investigation was currently going on, and that nobody would find out about his financial dealings with the Bidens,” the form included.
The next time CHS and Zlochevsky spoke again was in a 2019 telephone call when he was meeting in London with Ostapenko about business matters unrelated to Burisma. Ostapenko called the businessman who told the CHS how he would conceal his alleged payments to the Bidens, the form continued. “Zlochevsky responded he did not send any funds directly to the ‘Big Guy’ (referring to Joe Biden). CHS asked Zlochevsky how many companies/bank accounts Zlochevsky controls; Zlochevsky responded it would take them (investigators) 10 years to find the records,” the FBI form read.
